Welcome to the Coastal Research Webportal

This is a free resource developed to provide:

• access current and previous research projects,

• research findings, reports and publications and,

• links to a range of available data and metadata.

Using the Google maps interface feel free to explore coastal research at local, regional and national scales by zooming in. Where many projects exist in the one region you will see a radar symbol with a number indicating the number of projects.
 
Coastal researchers of all disciplines are encouraged to contribute to the expansion of the knowledge and information available to coastal managers, planners and policy makers.

Once you have clicked on Login/Register (under the CSIRO logo) then click on Create New Account and follow the prompts. Once you have logged in you an additional tab called Add a Research Project becomes visible. Complete the form to make your research visible to others.
